    Strengths:

    Weaknesses: RUnning as remote app makes the product very slow.

    Overall Evaluation: This product wasted over two hours of my time doing a scan. The little clock that is supposed tell you how much more time you have left would bounce from 4 minutes to 17 minutes and then to 23 then work its way back down. The only reason I let it finish was because i had so much time invested in it.

    Overall Evaluation: The product appears to be very fragile. After at least 5 attempts, I could not even download the free Housecall software. I contacted the support center via email and received a quick response. However, even after implementing their suggestions, I still could not download the software. Consequently, I do not know how effective the product is in scanning for spyware.

    Strengths: not ready

    Weaknesses: my browser just disappears while scanning for threats. Both FIREFOX and IE7. Using Java and browser add on. Seven times.

    Overall Evaluation: This is a fragile piece of kludge ware. TMicro is my anti virus protection but even free, housecall is not worth the price.
