  Strengths: works good

  Weaknesses: gives error msg

  Overall Evaluation: Worked nicely for me. Only problem was that it gave me an erroneous error message, but it worked fine.

  Weaknesses: Can't tell if the errors I'm getting are from the youtube file I'm trying to download or if the problem is with the TubeMe program...seebelow....

  Overall Evaluation: After you have downloaded v1.4.1 from the authors site, you can decompress this .rar (archive) file with a free program called "7-zip" (also on PCWorld site).I can open the program and download a YouTube video into it, but when I try to save any YouTube video, I get errors reported by the TubeMe program. Some of the videos can be saved as .flv files and then extracted by an .flv extraction program (cant remember where I found this one), but then the .flv extraction program I am using reports that the .flv file is not an .flv file. I've seen where there are different types of .flv files such as.flv1 and .flv2 and I'm thinking that the .flv extraction program I am using does not know this, so it kicks it out. Anybody know where I can find a selection of .flv extraction programs so I can try them out?By the way ,DGSISSON: if you read this please email me and tell me what I'm doing wrong..I'd be very grateful.

  Weaknesses: won't even open...no product on line to open it!!!

  Overall Evaluation: Very BAD. There is no program on line to open it. So never had a chance to review it because it does not open. Sends me to choose in my PC, (¿How should I know???) or searches online, finds nothing!!!)

  Strengths: Simple GUI, and clear buttons, IT WORKS.

  Weaknesses: Still no clear guidelines on the use of the app. But its a small gripe though.

  Overall Evaluation: If it doesn't work then you have downaloded from PC World's link - which directs you to an OLD version!!! The latest version (I just downaloded and trailed version 1.4 AUG'07) can be downaloded directly from the app maker himself: http://ashimonovits.brinkster.net/TubeMe.html once you have downaloded it (be wardned it zips only in RAR form, so make sure you have winrar or something top unzip it) run the exe and voila you are set. Be nice if the boyz who created this also make a little pdf guide on how to use it first time - and not make us wade through it several times to figure it out. Overall - AWESOME!!! and version 1.4 actually works, and works very well.

  Overall Evaluation: I can't figure out how to load it either. It's an rar file and there are no particular instructions on the website. I don't know if I have the net file
