Pidgin is a universal messenger, like Trillian, and it connects to
even more instant messenger systems, including AIM, MSN, Yahoo,
ICQ, IRC, Google Talk, Groupwise...the list goes on even longer,
and includes services you've likely never heard of, such as QQ and
Gadu-Gadu. As with Trillian,
you can communicate on as many services simultaneously as you want.
Pidgin tries to take advantage of the capabilities of each
