First, it's a spyware detector and eradicator, and monitors your system in real-time for spyware, and will kill any it finds. In addition, it has a "secret keyboard" that helps ensure that passwords and other sensitive information won't be stolen over the Internet. When you visit a site that asks for a password, instead of typing in the password, enter it on the secret keyboard. The password then gets copies to the clipboard, and is pasted directly into a Web form.
The software runs as an ActiveX control, and runs in the System Tray.
