  Duration of ownership: 1 Years

  Strengths: Their tech-support team are always on-the-go and I have been made assured that for each trouble I present to them someone is working (and thinking) hard to solve it for me. Some solution come out fast. And some take longer: this is normal for those who expect and value quality results.

  Weaknesses: No

  Overall Evaluation: After having my ABKSoft’s scripts installed and running, I did several “window shopping” to some other so called community/dating scripts providers, and I count ABKSoft’s AbleDating to be the most efficient one with regards to cost, functionality, and richness. It might not be the “best” in the industry since “best” is a relative term to judge.

  Strengths: That is a wonderful company with all the support you need. Shame on all the competitors who work like this - like adding bad reviews on the sites. Don't believe them, they just are making a black PR!!! That software is the best one with unique features which you can't find in these competitors softwares!!! Shame on you, try to make your own business and not make a black PR!!!

  Weaknesses: AbleDating is a pretty good script. Support is a little slow but at least the script runs right and the company doesn't seem to be very shady

  Overall Evaluation: i think able dating is a nice software, their support is also very good and helpful.

  Overall Evaluation: I joined here a week ago and I must say I am totally impressed by the professionalism of this company. Not only did the first script I tried work out of the box but when I had problems they were right there with a solution

  Strengths: There are no strengths because most of what they promise was never delivered.

  Weaknesses: Definately their customer service and tech support. You will see in my documentation on the website I created about my experience how bad their communication is. When I asked about persistent cookies that there system places, their comment "locksmith not responsible for locking living room". I kid you not..I even posted this on my site because I was so shocked! Just go to IconGroupThailand dot com and follow the link for ABK-Soft

  Overall Evaluation: As a recent (October 2007) and unhappy customer of ABK-SOFT, the makers of AbleDating and AbleSpace software, I have documented my technical and customer service experience with them as a warning to other buyers.   Duration of ownership: 6 Months

  Strengths: Teorically, it has a lot of features.

  Weaknesses: TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!!! After buying it, you are alone. Nobody will help you! They dont care about the customers, as long as they paid. You cannot claim a refund! After 5 months with this script, it still doesnt work, and they claim my hosting has all the trouble. I was asked to upgrade to multi domain spending 1000 dollars total, and change the hosting to dedicated. After I paid, again, they gave me the runaround. Take care of these guys. they will steal your money and run. DONT BUY THIS SCRIPT!!!! ALso, there are a lot of bugs and it is not 99% open source as they claim. Not even they bother answering the tickets, and when they do, the answers are short sentences without meaning.

  Overall Evaluation: Really bad service, even when the script could be good. I gave them a lot of chances to make it up to me, but I am really furious how abk-soft stole my money. It is a complete scam!

  Overall Evaluation: Able-dating is surely the best product ever! Not only users can now record their audio greetings using ordinary mic with the New Greeting Recording Feature ,it has a very powerful Forum Included in it! A lot of Thanks!)
