Old-time Windows XP users may remember that if they wanted to change the way that XP booted in multiboot systems, they just needed to dig a little, and edit a boot.ini file. With Windows Vista, though, that's no longer possible. Now an well-nigh incomprehensible command line program called BCDEDIT is in control, and woe is the person who tries to wrestle with it. There's no way you'll win; you might as well cry "uncle" now.

However, all is not lost. This freebie is essence serves as a front-end to BCDEDIT, and lets you change how your multiboot PC works. You'll be able to easily change all of your important settings. The program even includes a diagnostics and troubleshooting tool that will help recover from a multi-boot system gone bad.

By the way, you should be familiar with multiboot menus before using this program, so that you don't do your system any damage.
