  Weaknesses: Does not work

  Overall Evaluation: BAD BAD BAD. Does not work as advertised, support or even a refund... forget it. They even threatned me with legal action if I post negative comments. These are my own opinions of course, you decide on your own.

  Weaknesses: Poor online help, untrained tech support, recovers files, not partitions.

  Overall Evaluation: What a complete waste of money. There are products out their much cheaper that will recover your data to another hard drive. This product doesn't actually do anything special.

  Overall Evaluation: . Very poor. Strongly recommend that you DO NOT BUY this product. I had to reformat my hard drive. unfortunately my back up of photos became corrupted and I bought this product. It failed to recover a single one of 1,300 photos. I then tried it on my cf card from my camera. the photoes were deleted but the card was not reformatted. The program managed to 'recover' current files only, and not a single deleted photo. I have been trying to get my monet back without success

  Strengths: I recently lost my RAID 0 config (next time I'll go 0+1) and wanted to get back my files.I tried some RAID 0 recovery tools but they needed to be able to read both drives separately. Since the raid itself was found with Vista 64 (as an unmountable volume) I tried an undelete. I still had to hold my breath and create a new basic disk but I was careful to do a quick format of the drive to leave the data as intact as possible. With 320G over 3 partitions I am at 18 minutes and counting with over 17,000 directories, 298000 files and counting! I'm about 25% done with the detection process so I'm crossing my fingers that this is going to work. If so, I guess it'll be worth the $140 but I'll sure as heck be looking around for other tools in the meanwhile. At the very least if I can't find anything I know this particular application can do it. If you can chalk it up to a business expense, go for it!

  Overall Evaluation: I'm amazed at the number of files it's detected so far, it's not even half done yet and I think I've got most of my data. Of course that could be system data for Windows which I could care less about, but certainly recommended before reformatting and going back to square 1 with nothing!
