IE AdBlock is a small, unobtrusive, set-and-forget freebie tool
that does a decent job removing many, but not all pop-ups, banner
ads, and other annoyances. Unfortunately, the freebie doesn't know
how to handle Flash ads and it doesn't give you a way to modify
blocking filters.
