Duration of ownership: 2 Weeks
Strengths: Very easy to use. Its the first video editor that I could start using without reading any docs or help files.
Weaknesses: It just crashes
Overall Evaluation: It worked the first couple of times I used it, then it would just crash in the file save dialog when making the movie output file. I downloaded the newer ver 1.1 and it would just crash in the same way. I would buy this product if it actually worked.

Strengths:
Weaknesses: Poor tiny install program.
Overall Evaluation: Windows told me the 'setup.exe' installer package was bad, and would not install.So I had to go to the Videospin Site to download the entire install package to install and trial the program.

Strengths: Probably a good editor
Weaknesses: 15 day trial period not long enough to evaluate product for newbie
Overall Evaluation: Being new to video editing with additonal other things to do during the trial period, it took me a week to even get to the point of importing my video from my new camera. After a week I had another week to try this product. This is fine if you're used to this stuff. This program probably works but I DON'T buy things that are probable. Now I'm looking at a useful product that's been around for a while.
