Strengths: Fills an important need, easy to use, free, does not need installation.
Weaknesses: None
Overall Evaluation: Exceptionally handy, well written, utility for measuring anything displayed on the computer screen. Very easy to use and, best of all, needs no installation. Just unzip and run the exe.
