Leapic Video Cutter is a powerful tool to cut large video file into smaller clips in various format and enables you to add over 50 effects to your video file. It provides a built-in preview that allows you to select the section as you view the clip. You can use this software to extract segments or convert a single video file. Real Media: RM, RMVB and all Real Networks Video formats. (Real Media files can be encoded, can't be decoded) Quick Time: Quick Time Video formats. (MOV or QT files can be decoded, can't be encoded)
