Editor's Review of RSS Ticker
RSS Ticker scrolls the latest headlines from your Firefox Live Bookmarks (RSS or Atom feed subscriptions) in a bar at the top or bottom of the browser.
You can choose which of your Live Bookmarks to include, along with the scrolling speed, how many items to include from each feed and other customizations. When you mouseover one of the headlines, the scrolling stops temporarily and you'll see a small popup with a news summary and a link. Click the link to bring up the full story in the browser.
Note: The download link above takes you to the add-on's page, which includes a link for directly installing the add-on into Firefox.
