File Protector 2001 SE prevents these actions--as well as keeps your files from being renamed or executed--without your authorization. And because no one can get into these files without the password, it also protects them from intentional dangers like viruses and Trojan horses.
You can also hide your files and folders, or make them unreadable, read-only, or unexecutable. With the wild-card feature, you can designate, for example, all EXE or DLL files of a folder to be read-only or to have their attributes unmodifiable. File Protector can also hide and protect your mailboxes.
