The program integrates into Outlook, so you perform searches while you're in Outlook itself. With a single click you can, for example, show all conversations with a specific contact, or find mail related to a single piece of e-mail. You can show all e-mails in a given day, week or month. You can even automatically summarize e-mails.
Lookeen performs its magic by indexing your files, so you search that index, rather than your entire data store, so depending on how many e-mails you have, it can take up to 20 minutes before you get its full benefits
