Overall Evaluation: Worst Product & Bad Service â Avira Anti Virus My experience with AntiVir Premium holds for about 3 Months. - Avira failed to protect my computer that ended up completely infected. - AntiVir Premium went âout of dateâ â without knowing when and why - I was given false and wrong information by customer service for more than 2 weeks. - I was given promises that were never kept. - My business was damaged as a result of their inappropriate treatment - After making my point - over emails - with one of their Team Leader â I received an offer to get one year free subscription - I refused immediately. - The cost of the computer technician who fixed our computer - was unexpected, high and Unnecessary expense, especially in this economic time. - My Livelihood injured - As a home business owner (Giving Office-services including Quick Book). - I will never recommend AVIRA company or its products !

Duration of ownership: 6 Months
Strengths: Runs without interfering with any other programs. It is fairly quick as well as interactive, it has stopped several attempts in the past 6 months.
Weaknesses: None that I can see.
Overall Evaluation: I can not see the need to pay for a product that I can get for free and that does just as good a job if not better.
