Duration of ownership: 0 Months
Strengths: It doesn't need to be installed so it doesn't Muck Up you system. Just put it in a folder that will be permanant. I put in in an a Programs Subfolder i named ArsClip.
Weaknesses: Can't think of any. Perhaps that you'll have to read the manual to use the more advanced features.
Overall Evaluation: A+ !! I've been using it on my Vista system and am now installing it on sn XP OS. I can't believe I am the first person leavin an evaluation after over 1200 downloads.
