Description of OpenExpert
Choose the applications you want to use to open a file type by adding an "Open With" option to the file type's context menu. Once you've decided which apps will open a file type, you can easily add apps to the menus for other file types. You can export configuration data to another computer as well.
OpenExpert is free for personal use; however, it's $20 for business and government use.
