You'll have to put in a bit of front-end work if you want to get the most out Pro Home Manager. The programs asks for very detailed information about all parts of your house, from its exterior to interior, appliances, plumbing, electricity, and more. But it pays off, because once you do it, you'll never again need to track down the serial number of your hot water heater, or wonder when the last time you serviced your heating system. The program claims some clever extras, such as sending appointments to your Outlook calendar to remind you of service appointments.
