If you run a small business, and are looking for a simple-to-use customer relationship management (CRM) software, CircleDog is worth a look. It handles tasks as simple as keeping track of contacts and your interactions with them, or as complex as sending out targeted mailings and creating sales trends reports.

Unlike enterprise-level CRM software, there's practically no learning curve, so you won't need to spend much time learning the software. Adding contacts, for example, is simple as filling out a series of screens, and even tasks such as mail merge are straightforward.

The software's interface is simple and clean, and performing tasks is a simple matter of clicking through the tasks properly. For example, to create a mailing, click the Mailings icon, then select a task such as send mail, and follow the instructions. If you've found yourself wishing your small business could use CRM software, but worried about its complexity, CircleDog may be just what you need.
