Description of WinHacker

Want to change the name of the registered owner on your PC? Want to alter your safe-mode or start-up warnings? Many of those types of settings are hidden in the Registry or in configuration files. This utility gives you easy access to them through its straightforward interface. You can show bitmaps as thumbnails in Explorer, control window animation, and adjust the way your desktop icon titles wrap. The program features five wizards that guide beginners through a variety of tweaks; for more advanced users, it includes a scripting language that lets you modify configuration files.
