Description of Command SuiteXL

Enjoy the ability to change and edit Windows settings and functions, such as the Recycle Bin and Control Panel names, all from within a single tabbed window. This free utility requires no installation, yet it allows easier access to many more Windows settings than the operating system normally permits. Password-protect any folder on your system. Edit system files and launch programs directly from within this utility. You can also give all programs an opening and closing sound.
