Description of eNetBot Mail
AOL uses a proprietary format for sending and receiving e-mail, so if you need to check your e-mail away from home, you're usually out of luck. eNetBot Mail allows you to check your mail from any POP3-compliant e-mail program, including Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, Eudora, Pegasus Mail, and Netscape Mail. It waits in the background until a request is made to receive mail, then establishes a secure connection with the AOL server and retrieves your e-mail.
You can also send mail from any SMTP-compliant mail program. Your e-mail application can also be set up to receive mail from multiple accounts--AOL or otherwise--using this program.
