Description of Advanced Email Verifier Personal
Advanced Email Verifier (AEV) is your powerful solution for the "message delivery error". AEV is designed for system administrators, webmasters, programmers as well as for those advanced users who have their own mailing lists and need to keep them up-to-date. When Internet users move from one service provider to another, some of them do not take their email addresses with them. Users who lost their email accounts may not notify you of their loss. Internet users may choose to subscribe to your service with a phony email address so that they have access to a free download or a free offer that you may be providing online. Hence, you are left with dead email addresses. There is no need to disturb your clients and friends anymore to check if their email addresses are still valid. AEV connects directly to the SMTP servers and checks the emails for you. Nothing is sent to the recipient. AEV verifies every email address from a mailing list or database and determines up to 70-80% of "dead" email addresses. Other 20-30% of emails cannot be verified by any email verifying program. This happens because the appropriate mail servers receive all the messages regardless of whether the email address is valid or not, and then return the message if the email address doesn't exist anymore. AEV supports the import of email addresses from Paradox, DBase, Excel, Text (.CSV), HTML, Word, Lotus 1-2-3, QuattroPro, XML, MS Access files, and DBISAM tables (.dat files). You can also connect to the database on your disk and verify the email addresses directly from the database. AEV helps you maintain your mailing list clean and decrease the Internet traffic keeping you from sending undeliverable messages that cause a ping-pong of useless messages between SMTP servers.
