Description of Phat Linux

As an alternative, you can install this Mandrake-distribution-based version while running Windows, eliminating the risk of losing valuable information during the installation process. It comes bundled with many popular packages, including XFree86 3.3.6, KDE 2.0, Gnome, Enlightenment, the Apache Web Server, a DOS emulator, sound programs, image editors, popular libraries, and an anonymous FTP server. Be forewarned that, at 243MB, this is no small download.
