Description of PySol
You don't always need 3D graphics and exploding weaponry to have a good time on your PC. Sometimes the most enjoyable games are the simplest--such as this collection of almost 200 different solitaire games, written in the Python programming language. Among the games are classics like Aces Up, FreeCell, Forty Thieves, and Yukon. You get various card decks, tables, sounds, and background music. You can load and save games, as well as view player statistics. To run this program, you must download Python first.
Note: Development on this software ceased in 2008. The creator recommends PysolFC for an actively updated replacement.
