Description of Contact Plus Personal

Looking for a way to keep track of prospective customers? Contact Plus Personal offers a number of tools to keep it all straight. Like other programs, you can enter the person's name, address, and phone number--along with notes of up to 32KB. The program also lets you keep track of calls and meetings by entering them in a to-do list or in a calendar with day, month, and year views. You can also set alarms to make sure events don't slip your mind.

Yet, the program doesn't stop there. If you need to know where your contact is, pull up the included U.S. map and get details such as how many miles he or she is away from you, their time zone, and a map of area codes in their state. You can also check international country and city codes and times.

Finally, you can use the program's templates to write and spell check letters that you can send to your printer, e-mail client, or fax program. You can send these letters out as mass mailings to your customers.

This trial version of Contact Plus Personal is ad supported, with advertising banners appearing on the main screen. To remove the advertising banners as well as receive additional file utilities you may purchase it for $49.95.
