Strengths: Wide range of community members and music/vids. Kinda quick at times.
Weaknesses: Limewire will not filter out porn crap not viruses/malware.
Overall Evaluation: you have to judge youself what to download. If for example you see "batman Begins" hosted by 43 people but has a filr size of 473Kb, you should probably be suspicious. Limewire itself has no spy/adware that I found.

Strengths: the level of deceptive advertising
Weaknesses: the entire product stinks
Overall Evaluation: i was fooled by the advertising paid for the download and was instantly displeased this product does nothing it promised. worse yet i was fooled into futher purchasing a "pro" upgrade that proved to do nothing but, prove i wasted good money on a bad product

Strengths: has wide songs for download but limited videos and movies.
Weaknesses: has lot of viruses and spywares. so be careful while downloading especially if you find common sizes.
Overall Evaluation: Cool. You can backup its folder then uninstall it from your system. Then from the backup folder you can run the application just like the application is installed.
