If your desk is cluttered with instructions, addresses, and to do lists, this may save your sanity (even your job). Categorize you entries into eight different types of notes: ideas, important things, things not to forget, things to do, phone numbers, Internet addresses, passwords (which, of course, can be locked) and simple notes. Its text editor supports various character and paragraph formatting. You can find your notes in a sorted list, or in alphabetical or chronological order. If you still can't find it, perform a full-text search over the whole notebook. Reminders alert you to important dates and meetings, even if it's not currently active, and an autosave feature protects your information in the case of the all-too-common system crash.
