If your friends use different instant messaging services, you have to keep a multitude of applications open just to stay in touch. Now you can use one program, Imici's free chat software, to keep in touch with your pals on the major services, including AOL, ICQ, Yahoo, and MSN. Both one-on-one instant messaging and multiple-user chat are supported. The software is free, but you must sign up with Imici's service, which stores your buddy lists and allows you to access them from any computer.
