Description of Performance Diet Pro

Whether you're just trying to slim your waist, have negative reactions to certain foods, or are training for a citywide marathon, sometimes you need help monitoring your nutritional intake and the progress of your fitness program. Performance Diet Pro includes diet, fitness, and medical programs to help keep you on track. A profile stores your personal information such as height, weight, measurements, body fat, and nutrition choices. You can track the qualities of the food you ingest to assess its positive or negative impact on your pre-set daily goals. The Exercise Recorder automatically calculates calorie burn-off rates and tracks the components of your exercise regimen (exercise duration, heart rate, sets, warm-ups, etc.). Other features include the tracking of medical information (blood pressure, cholesterol, CD4 T-Cell count, etc.)
