Description of Raindance Meeting Edition

Flying someone in for a meeting costs a small fortune, and flying in several someones costs a large fortune. Raindance Meeting Edition is an acclaimed Web meeting service that lets you hold meetings with slideshows, markable documents, voice, video, e-mail integration, and all the trimmings for up to 125 participants. Unlike most video-enabled meeting software, Raindance includes the Follow Talker feature, which operates on a 5-second delay to pick up video from the person who's giving a speech or making a substantial comment. You can record entire sessions to use for meeting documentation or for training at a later date. To start using this service, download the software client and start a free trial.

Raindance Meeting Edition is billed as a monthly fee per seat, plus a per-minute fee for audio usage. Please refer to the vendor's site for current pricing. The following link will take you to the vendor's site, where you must register to download the software and start your trial of the service. Raindance also offers a one-seat free license that allows you to conference with one other person free of charge.
