Description of VCard Vulnerability Patch
The VCard technology contained in Outlook 98, 2000, and Express has a bug that enables a malicious hacker to create a VCard that can crash the user's e-mail program or even let the attacker take over the computer, with the same privileges as the user. Since Internet Explorer installs Outlook Express by default, identifying the patch for your PC depends on the version of IE that you currently use.
