Strengths: Super easy for dummies.
Weaknesses: Does not work on big files, unless you're super lucky and have ultra reliable line and super stable file hosts.
Overall Evaluation: When at first I found files online split using this amateurware I was all, oh, neat. "FREE." But if you think about it, file splitting and joining softwares ARE free by default. Only thing different about this free software is: you have to pray real hard that nothing messes up the download even in one byte, because then you end up with a thoroughly fcuked up file. And best of all, the program won't tell you which file is corrupted. There is a check sum function, but it is basically useless.
