Duration of ownership: 1 Days
Strengths: At least it wasn't a huge download.
Weaknesses: All it does is crop out a 90x90 pixel chunk of the source image.... which is more or less USELESS. And the icons it "creates" have the color screwed all up in them, which makes this program WORSE THAN USELESS.
Overall Evaluation: This POS isn't worth the time it takes to download it.... and it only took a few seconds to download. The only reason I gave this POS a rating of 1 star is because you cant give a rating of ZERO stars.

Overall Evaluation: I usually read the reviews before I download but I forgot this time. so when it would not work for me I went back and read the reviews and they were all right. It is not worth the time and effort to download it and try to get it to work.

Strengths: None
Weaknesses: Only takes a very small piece out of a picture and converts it to an icon.
Overall Evaluation: Useless. Not worth the download and the time figuring out what to do with it.

Weaknesses: Only can convert a icon size piece of your full photo into a usable icon.
Overall Evaluation: This is not a good program and is not worth the download.
