Strengths: I understand that this tool diagnoses network problems well
Weaknesses: But it makes a mess of TCIP settings under windows XP
Overall Evaluation: Unable to evaluate further. To restet TCIP in XP. Type at CMD prompt: netsh int ip reset [log_file_name], then reboot
