    Duration of ownership: 10 Days

Strengths: In spite of what I've read here, this has always (so far) worked for me. I'm running xp home edition on a dell laptop.

Weaknesses: No visual or auditory feedback when it saves or loads. Hard to tell that it's done anything. It would also be nice to have the ability to save desktop under various filenames so user could have "sets" of desktop items to load for various uses.

Overall Evaluation: It's a great "quick and dirty" program, and has never (yet) messed me up. Several times I've had my desktop scrambled and put it back using this program. Other than the spcific weaknesses above, it's a good, free program.

    Duration of ownership: 3 Months

    Strengths: There are none

    Weaknesses: Doesn't work.

Overall Evaluation: The bottom line is that this program fails to return icons to where they were saved. I've tried it on three computers - one at home at two at work in separate locations. It will return icons to the locations, but not the same locations. Theya are mixed up. The program is useless.

    Duration of ownership: 6 Months

Strengths: Seemed to work well initially

Weaknesses: When I really needed it, "Restore" spread my icons all over the desktop. Subsequent clicking on restore made minor changes but never returned them to anything resembling my "Save" positions.

Overall Evaluation: As per weaknesses comments.
