Strengths: Does wht it says it will
Weaknesses: None
Overall Evaluation: pshewmon apparently doesn't realize that you don't have to launch this program to use it. Just right-click an image and select "Resize Pictures". Very easy...apparently TOO easy for some.

Strengths: Works very easily just as expected.
Weaknesses: Works just as expected on bmp, jpg, and gif files but does not work on "animated gif" nor "ico" (icon) files.
Overall Evaluation: After downloading and installing I went to my pictures folder and tested it on bmp, jpg, & gif files and right clicked on each file, then selected "Resize Pictures" and it opened up a box that offered to save file as either small, medium, or large, and they all worked just as expected. The results were new files that were all considerable smaller byte size than the original. Bmp results were in bmp, jpg results were in jpg, etcetera.

Strengths: Ease of use... once you understand where to right-click (on the photo filename within your MY Pictures files - or wherever you save your photos to).
Weaknesses: None
Overall Evaluation: A quick and easy way to resize your photos and make them e-mailable!! Right-click on the photo file itself and a window pops up with one of the selections being: "RESIZE PICTURES". Left click on that and choose your picture size Small - Medium or Large and it copies the .JPG in the selected size format. There are no desktop icons associated with this powertoy add-on. Even my 87 year old father can use it to resize his photos before emailing them. Works like a charm!!!

Overall Evaluation: Downloaded and installed it. Cannot figure out how to use it - right clicking on a folder does nothing; cannot find any icon to open the program.
