  Weaknesses: I bought a subscription and tried to download JiWire Hotspot Helper. The download was blokced by my Internet Security provider based on the presence of a virus. I have sent 4 emails and left 2 voice messages in the past 10 days requesting a refund. I have not received a response. I would not recommend this product.

  Overall Evaluation: Due to extremely poor customer service I would not recommend this product. Since the virus detected by my Internet Security provider blocked the download, I cannot comment on the product. However after receiving no response to 4 emails and 2 voice mails in the past 10 days, I am not at all impressed with this company.

  Weaknesses: Does not work; numerous errors

  Overall Evaluation: Numerous errors on install. Application could not provide driving directions. Received a STOP error when chanign preferences. Complete piece of junk! I am an experienced user, and have never encountered such a back program. DO NOT INSTALL!!
