    Duration of ownership: 2 Months

Strengths: It has great variety of tools

Weaknesses: Too complicated to use for me

Overall Evaluation: I like SnapaSot more, cause it's easier to use and also free (but I have already upgraded to a Pro version, which is not very expensive). Wanna compare?

Strengths: very intuitive, concise, and elegant piece of programming.

Weaknesses: None that I can find so far

Overall Evaluation: Outstanding productivity tool for capturing just about anything, anywhere. All I have to do is hit "print screen" and the rest is almost automatic. However, the best part is the great support by the folks that write the code.

Strengths: Fast, easy to use drawing tools. Saves me hours of time describing on the phone web page changes and errors to offshore staff and tech support. The new screen recorder feature is fantastic, allows me to communicate action in my captures without having to jump to another tool.

Weaknesses: Would be even better if it had more drawing tools, occasionally I have to use a tool like Corel Draw to make drastic changes to a capture.

Overall Evaluation: I laugh when people say use the print screen button when SnagIt is mentioned. I rely heavily on this tool for collaboration. Its saves me time and reduces the risk of being misunderstood by minimizing abstract communication.

    Overall Evaluation: Nothing touches it.
