    Duration of ownership: 18 Months

    Strengths: I loved this when I 1st got it and had no problems til about 2 months ago!

    Weaknesses: Everytime I turn it on now I keep getting this message that there is some **** Network problem that may be temporarly preventing me from downloading or streaming full length tracks.Try signing into my account later or if it persists for more then a day contact customer support!Then that message just keeps popping up off and on while I'm trying to play songs! Very annoying!!! What a joke because I have found no place that will give me any answers at all!!! I have contacted yahoo many times and if I get any kind of answer it is to switch to the service,(ITunes or whatever) **** All I want to do is play the CD's I have ripped to my computer with it not have to sign up or play to listen to my CD's!

    Overall Evaluation: I am completely getting rid of it seems I can't get no answers or the problem fixed and will just find another free jukebox or just use my media player!

    Strengths: I haven't found any yet.

    Weaknesses: Just about everything. I haven't found a way to convert my MP3's to a lower bit rate to save space. It is unbelievably substandard compared with MusicMatch Jukebox. Do not use this product unless you ONLY want a music player.

    Overall Evaluation: Very poor. Would never have downgraded, I mean 'upgraded' to this product from MM had I known about the features that were lost.
