Strengths: Simple and straightforward
Weaknesses: None, but just to nitpick... it would be nice for the program to return a "files synchronized successfully" message at the end.
Overall Evaluation: I was looking for a simple utility to sync between my hard drive and my backup drives (an external drive as well as a flash drive). This program get the job done nicely. It is pretty easy and intuitive to use -- a keeper.
