  Strengths: There were none.

  Weaknesses: One month agao we bought The latest Version 10 now out. The virus updater caused the system to freeze up every single time it activated, either in automatic or manual mode. Their tech. people could not find a way to correct the problem after MANY back and forth e-mails to them. finally, they agreed to fully refund the entire cost just this week of the program and two year's worth of pre-bought virus updates.

  Overall Evaluation: DO NOT BUY THIS PROGRAM UNTIL THEY HAVE ISSUED A PATCH FOR THE UPDATER PROBLEMS ON THE NEW VERSION 10! We bought this program based upon PC Word's highly favorable review of Version 9. they need to re-evaluate this program's new version so more people are not duped into buying it based upon an old version review.
