Strengths: Simple, unobtrusive, pretty
Weaknesses: none - it is what it says it is
Overall Evaluation: I gave this set of cursors a "Superior" because even though it is just a basic set of cursors it is very nicely done. A full set of cursors in pretty blue, some which are animated, but animated in a way which doesn't interfere with anything you are trying to see or do. These free cursors are, I might add, a lot nicer than some I have seen that have an asking price. They are for Win-XP only, because of the semi-transparent shadows. Download includes full set of cursors, installer and read-me. Unless you are specifically looking for extreme animations, there is no reason not to download this set.
