Strengths: You can send larger files than you can send by email. Other than the IM function, it is not strictly speaking a P2P program. Files are uploaded to a central server, and stored there for a set period, and retrieved by the people you send an email to. Can also send a URL to a person - even more secure. The Free version has a lower limit on sizer, and a shorter amount of time on the server.
Weaknesses: They send out an email saying the file is available before the entire file has uploaded to the server.
Overall Evaluation: Excellent. I use it to transfer files by email between my 2 computers. Easier than putting it on a flash drive. Also share large files with friends
