  Strengths: Does what it says. Reads the processes well.

  Weaknesses: Online evaluation is a joke.

  Overall Evaluation: If anyone who knows anything about computers looks at the online recommendations, they would laugh. I had genuine processes listed by one person as good and 3 as bad.

  Strengths: Technically detailed

  Weaknesses: Leaves you hanging. Seems to find problems, alerts you and then leaves you out in the cold.

  Overall Evaluation: This is just a teaser to get you to buy their anti-malware program. Makes you paranoid enough to actually buy. You should pay attention to users ratings which are 80% negative.

  Strengths: It finds everything.

  Weaknesses: It finds everything and can't differentiate between normal windows processes and anything "bad". You have to sort thru a LONG list and figure out for yourself what's going on.

  Overall Evaluation: Very poor. They need to get their database in order.

  Duration of ownership: 3 Months

  Strengths: I use this and spyware terminator on my computer and laptop both as my computers continue to run very clean.

  Weaknesses: No auto run or auto update functions

  Overall Evaluation: I was very happy with them, but downloaded the trial of the highly recommended spyware doctor to check it against mine. Ran it daily, and it continued to find absolutely NO spyware on my computers. What more proof do you need?

  Strengths: Very good scanner; does what it says it's supposed to do.

  Weaknesses: None as of yet, installed quickly, easy to use

  Overall Evaluation: Good interface, user friendly. Good levels of scanning depth. I recommend this in addition to any PC 'toolbag'.
