Duration of ownership: 1 Months
Strengths: High detection rates, powerful real-time protection and doesn't slow down my computer. I don't know why other people says it slows down their computer.
Weaknesses: None.
Overall Evaluation: I highly reccomend this product because it catches the spyware that even Spyware Doctor, AVG and SUPERAntiSpyware miss.

Strengths: It could be a good program if.............
Weaknesses: IT's SOOOOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOW.................
Overall Evaluation: If your computer operates at a speed which is to fast for you, then load this program and it will slow it down to a snail's pace. I was disapointed that it was recommended. I'll certainly read the reviews in the future.

Strengths: Found a very old trojan buried in a 7 year old download
Weaknesses: Slows system down.
Overall Evaluation: Hung during boot. Added minutes to boot. Noticeable annoting delay opening folders [on E6400 Core2 system running WIN-XP-SP2). I'm sticking with tried and true Spybot S&D

Strengths: There is none.
Weaknesses: THE WHOLE PROGRAM.
Overall Evaluation: IT ALSO CAUSED MY SYSTEM TO NEARLY CRASH. I ALSO AND RUNNING WINDOWS XP MEDIA CENTER . I ALSO HAD TO REBOOT IN SAFE MODE TO UNINSTALL IT. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, COULDNT EVEN OPEN UP THE APPLICATION AFTER IT DOWNLOADED. THAT GOODNESS I WAS ABLE TO GET RID OF THIS PIECE OF CRAP PROGRAM. I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH "DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION!!!!!!"

Weaknesses: It bogged down my system so badly that I dumped it. I've tried it twice, at different intervals and it did the same thing.

Strengths: FREE - superior detection
Weaknesses: Deep scan is slow & with slower CPU processors will likely bog down machine. No problem with Intel Duo 2 Core processors.

Weaknesses: CRASHES & LOCKS UP YOUR MACHINE!!!!!!
Overall Evaluation: Program crashed when I tried to update it. I rebooted and went on to something else intending to work on it later. Sometime later my system locked-up and became unresponsive. I started to terminate programs to see which one was causing the problem, when I shutdown SpyCatcher Express my system bacame fully resonsive again. I uninstalled it and all is well again. I am running XP Media Center and my machine is new and I was not experiencing any problems prior to installing this program

Weaknesses: This program disabled several of my other key programs and caused a fatal error that resulted in a memory dump and crashed my entire system. I WOULD NOT DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAM IF I WERE YOU!

Strengths: None
Weaknesses: Slowed my computer down until it was essentially unusable. Disable numerous programs on my computer. They either would not open at all or I would get an error message that the program needs to close, but would operate with this error message splashed across the screen. Very difficult to uninstall.
Overall Evaluation: Run away - Spyware much better than installing this program. Don't install this unless you want a disfunctional computer.

Strengths: It scans quickly.
Weaknesses: It will make your computer slow so far down you think it is frozen solid! It took close to 30 min. to reboot every time, not just the initial reboot. It took over 15 min. to open a folder on my desk top and was almost impossible to run applications and/or software. It took me several hours to perform tasks that should have take 5 to 10 tops (hows that for slowing down productivity?). Worst of all, it took me most of the day trying to uninstall it. I couldn't even get to it through safe mode!
Overall Evaluation: DO NOT DOWN LOAD THIS SOFTWARE!!!

Overall Evaluation: "A little slugish"???? This piece of @$^*() turned a fast laptop into a doorstop. After waiting twenty minutes for the first reboot to complete, I finally powered off the system and uninstalled the software in safe mode. I would rather put up with spyware than use this program.

Strengths: Very easy to use, caught things other free spyware/adware programs didn't, active protection, and it's FREE!
Weaknesses: Initial update process when rebooting or starting machine is a little sluggish.
Overall Evaluation: I would highly recommend this program over any other free one out there!
