Strengths: Registry defrags are a little hit and miss, and some may question if they really work at all. For me at least, this product did exactly what it claimed to.
Weaknesses: Unfortunately, though not labeled here as such, this is trialware and unless you pay $19.99 the product expires after a period of time. I was quite surprised by this and very disappointed.
Overall Evaluation: As freeware this is an excellent product, especially if you are like me and download/install/uninstall constantly. As trialware, not as much. Would have been nice to have been warned. Too bad, this could have been a permanent fixture in my cleanup folder...

Strengths: Automatically creates a WinXP restore point before altering the registry. After scanning the registry, this program generates a comprehensive report that shows how badly fragmented the registry is and what percentage of access time will be saved by defraging. This report includes a graphical display of registry fragmentation similar to what you see when you defrag your hard drive. After re-boot, a final report is generated.
Weaknesses: One of my PC's was unable to boot up after using this program! It would simply hang during the boot process. This PC has a Gigabyte motherboard which has a Dual BIOS feature. I was able to get it going again by entering the BIOS Setup to access the Dual BIOS setup application, then disabling Wide Range Protection. Once I did that, the machine booted up perfectly with no apparent ill effects. The final report claimed to have reduced the size and access time of my registry by about 15%. Despite this hassle, I went ahead and tried the program on two other XP machines and had no problems. It would be nice if there was an easy way to save the final reports. You will see the most dramatic improvement the very first time you run the program. If you want to save the report you can take a screen shot of the HTML report by pressing Ctrl - PrintScreen, then pasting the image into a Word document or Paint file.
Overall Evaluation: I can't give 5 stars to a program that causes a PC to fail to boot, but I do think it serves a useful function. I would recommend it only to advanced PC users who are comfortable entering the BIOS setup screens and have some experience dealing with boot problems.

Strengths: Download was easy> Setup was easy> I have WINDOWS XP> Usage was easy> Layout was easy to read and understand> I highly recommend this product. After the defrag was completed it gave an analysis report that I copied to MY Documents.
Weaknesses: It APPEARS to NOT BE COMPATIBLE with Windows Vista. Friends who have and use Vista, have NOT been able to use this product.
Overall Evaluation: EXCELLENT FOR WINDOWS XP.

Strengths: Easy to use and true to its discription.
Weaknesses: None noted. I suggest that the defrag be run about three times for best results.
Overall Evaluation: It is easy to use almost to the point of "set it and forget it". Each operation is manual and cannot be programed to run on a schedule.

Strengths:
Weaknesses: Did not work.
Overall Evaluation: As with other posters, this program locked up on my computer. First time, I thougth it might be conflicting with another program so I restarted and tried again. It also locked up on the second attempt, so I un-installed it. I have a laptop running Vista--don't know what the problem was.

Strengths: Creates Restore Point "just in case". It also works very fast. Works just as described. Easy to understand for all user levels.
Weaknesses: None - relating to what it claims to do.
Overall Evaluation: I found it very easy to use, and very easy to understand---you don't have to be a computer tech to use. It claimed to clean up over 55,000kb and speed up my computer by 16%. It appears to run better, but maybe I am just over optimistic. Great product and it's F-R-E-E.

Strengths: Free straight forward program, pretty much runs by itself.
Weaknesses: Links to other "not so free" programs.
Overall Evaluation: Very easy to install and run. had a nice interface with just enough choices to made it simple. Also had a very nice report as to the results of the defrag. It said I reduced my registry by 2% and increase my performance by 5%. Probably not enough to notice, but time will tell. All in All I think it's another good utility addition to my computer...
