Duration of ownership: 2 Years
Strengths: Review as based before problems with ASM - great monitor to daily check my security status
Weaknesses: None, until Microsoft XL SP3 was installed - ASM does not recognize SP3.
Overall Evaluation: First, I disagree with the PC evaluation - I use ASM on my laptop computer which uses MS Vista OS - have encountered no problems. Had no problems with ASM on my desktop until I installed MS XP SP3 download. ASM apparently it does not recognize SP3 since it consistently states I have A/V updates needed (not valid) and that I should install XP 2 - the previous XL major download version. Again, I liked ASM and found it useful to monitor my computer security until this major MS download SP3.
