  Duration of ownership: 10 Months

  Strengths: Easy to tweak the settings, even easier to use. Much faster and more responsive than the Windows Safe Removal utility; have yet to have a problem removing anything USB. Company completely backs and supports its products.

  Weaknesses: You actually have to read through the material to get the best use of the software - imagine that! So the weakness is really that of the user...

  Overall Evaluation: One of the few commercial products that's worthwhile. Whenever I use a friend's computer, the absence of this is very noticeable, especially when an external hard-drive is the USB device being used. Recommended highly if you're willing to put in the time to learn how to tweak the settings properly, which is very easy to do.
