Strengths:
Weaknesses: I found that I couldn't see the meter when it was operating but, more importantly, after I decided that I really didn't need it, I have been unable to Uninstall. It won't allow me access to delete the .exe file and the Control Panel shows it no longer there. How do I get rid of it?

Strengths:
Weaknesses: As a novice, I find that without an explanation of the Red, Green, and Yellow lines would be helpful. Again, as a novice, I assume that "DL" refers to Download but I'm not sure what the "UL" stands for.
Overall Evaluation: The program may be of help to the well trained but not the novice. Jsimones@neo.rr.com
